Because the consulted changes are very complex to understand, we have made a Visual Explainer that shows how each admissions priority works and combine to lead to a large number of students being displaced from their catchments.

We agree so are providing a Google Sheet of the priority “waterfall” which you can save as a copy and experiment with. The numbers currently in the doc are exactly the ones that ended up in the Visual Explainer.
